At Food For Thought Outreach, we hold a deep commitment to our programs and the community that surrounds them. We know that this is not just a career but a responsibility, and the quality of work matters. We expect excellence from ourselves and each other so that we can deliver on our commitment to the thousands of children we serve.

We are one staff, serving both Walton and Okaloosa Counties. We have two pantry/office locations, and we spend a lot of time providing services out in the community. We work with large groups of volunteers and welcome visitors to our pantry locations.

We run year-round services that have seasonal changes in our operations and schedule. Working for a dynamic non-profit requires adaptability and an understanding that change is part of the plan.

We operate as a team. We each hold individual duties and shared duties with the understanding that we are all here to serve the children in our community.
