Our Mission

Our mission is to remove the negative impacts of hunger, and empower a child to get the most out of their education and development by providing them weekly access to healthy, easy to prepare meals.

ReadtoFeed_2024.jpg

Our year-round services throughout Walton and Okaloosa County help ensure that the children enrolled in our programs always have access to food they need to develop and get the most out of their education.

By supporting us with a Partnership, you can:

  • Create recurring, reliable support for our in-school and seasonal programs and services

  • Provide sustainability for all Food for Thought Programs year-round:

    • Backpack Program

    • In-School Snack Program

    • Summer Services

    • Holiday Services

    • Full Circle Kitchen Program

  • Strengthen and support your community

  • Empower children in need throughout Okaloosa & Walton Counties

  • Help bridge the meal gap for local food-insecure children who rely on our programs for critical access to food when out of school
