EMERIL LAGASSE FOUNDATION
FULL CIRCLE KITCHEN
The Full Circle Kitchen Program serves our mission by providing the most at-risk youth in our community with positive, hands-on learning in the kitchen. Students learn valuable skills to help them gain independence in the kitchen and beyond.
Students enrolled in our programs at partner schools and organizations join us in the Full Circle Kitchen, located in our Santa Rosa Beach pantry, where they cook together, eat together, and clean up together all while gaining exposure to new opportunities and critical resources. Students learn many valuable life and job skills that can help them gain future employment.
At-risk youth participate in our classes at no cost to them. Participation in our paid Culinary Classes make the Program Classes possible.
CULINARY CLASSES
Culinary Classes in the Emeril Lagasse Foundation, Full Circle Kitchen, offer a wide range of culinary classes for aspiring young cooks who wish to enhance their cooking skills.
When parents enroll their children in our Culinary Classes, their support helps fund Program Classes for at-risk youth through our school partners.
Class sizes are intentionally kept small to provide hands-on instruction.
