Food For Thought will feed over 700 families during each holiday service by distributing 30,000 pantry staples and more than 11,000 pounds of produce.

Our mission is to remove the negative impacts of hunger and empower children to get the most out of their education. The risks are mounting for the children we serve, and we want to do everything we can to support them during this critical time.

32nd Annual Harbor Docks Thanksgiving Feast
Food For Thought is grateful to be the beneficiary of the Harbor Docks Thanksgiving Feast this year! Enjoy delicious Thanksgiving food while helping people in your community.

The event is on Thanksgiving Day, November 26 from
11am - 5pm at Harbor Docks in Destin, FL.

Giving Tuesday
Giving Tuesday is an annual global generosity movement held the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, promoting charitable giving, volunteering, and other acts of kindness to make a positive impact on communities and the world. This year, Giving Tuesday is:

When you give to Food For Thought on Giving Tuesday, you’re helping over 3,770 students enrolled in our services.

VOTE FOR FOOD FOR THOUGHT AT THE
Festival of Trees
Food For Thought is participating in the Festival of Trees on Friday, December 4th from 4-6:30pm in Grand Park at Grand Boulevard. The event celebrates 16 local non-profits and their impact to our local community.

Help support Food For Thought by voting in the People’s Choice Award! Visitors can cast People’s Choice votes by purchasing bells for $5 each and placing them in their favorite tree’s voting box. There is no limit to the number of bells a person may purchase
​
The panel of judges will also select 3 winners for cash prizes for the winning organization. Winners will be announced at 7:30pm
