32nd Annual Harbor Docks Thanksgiving Feast

Volunteer Sign-Up

Location: Harbor Docks Restaurant in Destin, Florida

Thanksgiving Day 2026

Spend time giving back this Thanksgiving. This annual event provides a free traditional holiday meal for our community. Donations support two local non-profit organizations:

Food For Thought Outreach & Emerald Coast Food Rescue.

Please select the shift that best fits your needs or your group.

KITCHEN FOOD LINE: Plate Food
FIRST SHIFT: 9:30-2:00
SECOND SHIFT: 1:30-5:00
KITCHEN: DISHES & CLEANING
FIRST SHIFT: 9:30-2:00
SECOND SHIFT: 9:30-2:00
KITCHEN EXPO SUPPORT: take the orders from the service team and relay that information to the kitchen, and shift plates, switch out rolls, and plate rolls
FIRST SHIFT: 9:30-2:00
SECOND SHIFT: 1:30-5:00
OUTSIDE TO GO SERVICE: Box food in to-go containers. 6-8 Volunteers Needed
SECOND SHIFT: 9:30-2:00
HOSTESS STAND & SEATING GUESTS: involves stairs
SECOND SHIFT: 1:30-5:00
WAITING TABLES & SERVING FOOD: GROUPS OF 4-6 perfect for families
SECOND SHIFT: 1:30-5:00
PARKING: direct car traffic TWO ppl needed each shift
FIRST SHIFT 9:30-2:00
